Naturally Koninklijke Jan de Wit, we possess the most important, independent guarantees of quality, safety, and the environment. We hold the ISO-9001 Quality Certificate awarded by the independent EBN Certification and the ISO-14001 Environmental Certificate, both internationally recognized and accredited by the Council of Accreditation for Passenger Transport. These certifications are independently reviewed (semi-)annually.
The same ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 certificates together also form your guarantee of safety. These quality and environmental certificates confirm that our organization, safety measures, and internal controls are structurally in order.
By continuously seeking realistic and innovative improvements, we reduce our environmental impact and strengthen our social responsibility. By investing in the future now, we drastically reduce our footprint. A modern fleet of vehicles running on HVO 100 fuel and with zero-emission (electric) touring cars and buses has been a matter of course for us for years. Thanks to our own solar panels and high-quality charging infrastructure, we also generate the clean energy we use to sustainably transport you.
Koninklijke Jan de Wit operates – since January 1st, 2019 – as the first coach company in the Netherlands climate neutral. The company’s fleet of about 100 touring coaches no longer runs on conventional diesel, but on the advanced fuel HVO 100 (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil). Read more >
